Environment and innovation
Combating the negative impact of humans on the environment is no small task. At SHARK, we encourage innovation that takes the environment into account. We practice this in our organization by encouraging paddlers, staff and partners to bring new ideas to our "Ecovate" Hub. Ideas are sought after and taken into account to identify whether they meet in our broader vision, and where they are incorporated into SHARK's business strategy, keeping us in a "constant forward movement".

By working with organizations such as The Shark Trust, we have already identified a potential product development that will mean that our boards and their drivers could have a positive impact and influence conservation.
